Business Payments Terms

Terms for online collections, wallet records, settlement accounts, and withdrawals.

Version: 2026-07-02 · Effective: 2 July 2026

1. Payment services

Biznable coordinates payment requests and records through supported payment providers. Biznable is not a bank and does not hold customer deposits as a deposit-taking institution. Provider availability, methods, verification, limits, and settlement timing may vary.

2. Business wallet

The Biznable wallet is an operational ledger of provider-confirmed collections, fees, reversals, holds, and withdrawals. Displayed balances depend on provider confirmation and may be adjusted for chargebacks, refunds, errors, fraud, or reconciliation.

3. Settlement and verification

You must provide a settlement account owned or controlled by the business or an authorized recipient. We or our providers may resolve account names, request verification evidence, reject mismatches, or pause payouts.

4. Fees and deductions

Applicable provider and platform fees are calculated by the system and shown where available. Fees, taxes, reversals, refunds, and negative adjustments may be deducted before settlement.

5. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks

You remain responsible for customer obligations and valid refunds. We may retain or recover funds reasonably required for disputes, chargebacks, duplicate payments, suspected fraud, or provider claims.

6. Restricted use

You must not use payments for unlawful activity, prohibited goods or services, money laundering, payment aggregation for undisclosed third parties, false transactions, or attempts to evade provider controls.

7. Continuity

Updated terms may block new collections until accepted. Legitimate refunds, existing settlement processing, and withdrawal of eligible funds are not blocked solely because a new document awaits acceptance.

These terms supplement the General Terms and Merchant Services Terms.
