Biznable
Merchant Services Terms
Rules for businesses using Biznable webstores, order tools, and customer-facing services.
Version: 2026-07-02 · Effective: 2 July 2026
1. Merchant authority
You confirm that you are authorized to act for the business and that its identity, contact information, listings, prices, availability, and policies are accurate.
2. Merchant responsibility
You, not Biznable, are the seller or service provider to your customer. You are responsible for lawful goods and services, fulfillment, delivery, appointments, warranties, cancellations, returns, refunds, complaints, taxes, permits, and consumer-protection duties.
3. Store policies
Before launch, you must publish clear delivery or fulfillment, cancellation, return/refund, and customer-support information. Policies must be lawful, must match your actual operations, and must be honored for orders placed while that policy version was shown.
4. Prohibited activity
You must not list unlawful, counterfeit, unsafe, misleading, restricted, or infringing goods or services. We may restrict listings or store access where required to protect customers, providers, Biznable, or the public.
5. Customer data
You may use customer information only for lawful order, service, support, accounting, and permitted communication purposes. You are responsible for your privacy notices and lawful marketing permissions.
6. Orders and disputes
Biznable records requests and workflow events but does not guarantee customer payment, delivery, acceptance, or dispute outcomes. You must review every order and maintain supporting records.
7. Changes and suspension
Current terms must be accepted before launching or relaunching. Existing customer access may remain available while review is pending, but changes and new regulated capabilities may be restricted.
